Southern hospitality is famous for a reason.

Invercargill and Southland are famous for their friendly hospitality and amazing scenic adventures. 

This year's conference will welcome contractors from around the country to discuss the big issues and come to terms with history, the current state of the civil construction industry, and the future of how civil construction works.

There will be awesome networking functions and amazing awards to recognise the country's top civil construction projects and maintenance initiatives.

ILT Stadium is a multi-purpose event centre with an indoor arena, theatre and meeting halls hosting community, cultural and sports events, concerts and plays, exhibits, trade fairs and expos, corporate functions, meetings, weddings and other special events.

The Fiordland Military Museum owned and operated by local contractor, Duncan McGregor.  Fiordland Military Museum is a privately owned collection of military vehicles & memorabilia.  It is a fantastic destination to visit on your way to/from Manapouri, Te Anau, Milford Sound.

Looking for some thrills?

We’ve put together a package for the ultimate adventure for those visiting Southland for the conference.

The Big Three! – Jet Boat the wild Wairaurahiri River, Cruise the mysterious Lake Hauroko, scenic helicopter flight over Western Southland

$340pp, leaving Invercargill 8:30am Saturday 17th August, returning early evening.

Cost includes return bus trip, complimentary nibbles and lunch.

The Third Island

Visit the remarkable Stewart Island for the day.  Jump on a bus to Bluff, catch the morning ferry (9:45am) over to Stewart Island, get up close and personal with the local kiwi, grab yourself some fresh oysters, Blue Cod and brews at the legendary South Sea Hotel, catch the late afternoon ferry (3pm) and the bus back to Invercargill.

$265pp, leaving Invercargill 8:20am Saturday 17th August, returning early evening.  Meals/side trips additional.
